     Release the memory used for a mouse hot spot definition when
     twMInkeyWait() is operating.

       Arguments:

     nSpotNo - 'N' Handle of the hot spot to be released.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMIRemHotSpot( 1 )
